The individual ministries (departments) of the federal government work independently of each other. Correspondingly, the different departments also have different partners for the realisation of their electronic communication.
Our current clients include:
- The Federal Chancellor
- The Federal Press Office (BPA)
- The Foreign Ministry
- The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ)
- The Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ)
The portfolio of services we provide for the federal government is diverse. For example, since 1999 we have supported the BMZ in all electronic publications – i.e. on the Internet, intranet and extranet – that the ministry operates for organisations of developmental co-operation. We advise, design, program, operate (in our own IT centre) and provide support (with our ITIL Service Desk).
Together with the BMZ team we have ensured that this German development aid department is the first ministry in Europe to implement a social media strategy that includes all social networks. Even Google deemed it worthy of a press release! It goes without saying that we also operate social media monitoring and develop recommendations for action for the BMZ and other ministries.
In the case of the BMFSFJ, editorial maintenance of the portal is at the forefront of our activity.
For the BPA, we offer the services of our IT centre, realise apps and are available on-call for 3rd level support 24/7.
For the Foreign Ministry we have developed their website, which we are also responsible for running – as we are for the websites of approximately 200 German embassies and consulates on the Internet. Our latest project is the “Travel Safely” app, which is aimed at all German travellers abroad.
Because our work in public administration is highly appreciated, we count over 50 further federal institutions amongst our clients – for example, the Federal Armed Forces with two recruiting portals and a "Youth Community", the Bundesbank with their intranet and the Federal Office of External Economic Affairs with its Internet portal. However, we are also active at regional level. We maintain the website of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament (Landtag), the intranet and website of the Düsseldorf district government and run the research funding administration of the Berlin Senate Administration.
In fact, our reputation stretches beyond the borders of Germany. We have also implemented exciting public projects for the governments of Austria, Luxembourg and Slovenia.
